Thank you for your incredible and overwhelming generosity. On Tuesday, our 3 volunteer food donation deliverers brought 93 bags of groceries to the Community Center of Northern Westchester. An additional delivery by an anonymous donor brought our total food donation to 1,652.7 lbs. of food. The St. Patrick's Day food drive was an outstanding success due to your efforts. The Community Center is not only grateful for our food donations but relieved that we continue to recognize that there is a significant food insecurity problem in our community. Fortunately, for both the Community Center and our neighbors-in-need we have addressed the food insecurity problem with our ongoing monthly food drives. Furthermore, our neighbors-in-need know that they are blessed to live in such a generous community. Especially during this year of the pandemic, families, single parents, students, seniors and individuals have been able to depend on our food donations which have kept them healthy. Let's pray and hope that our community is able to fully reopen and start to thrive again. Our next monthly food drive is scheduled for May 1st and 2nd with delivery on May 4th. Thank you again. Have a blessed Easter.
